Un viernes

(A Friday) is a hybrid piece of storytelling that follows a narrator investigating a possible disappearance. A narrator who moves through a city that is Madrid, but also a city built from ruins, ghosts, and nostalgia. A work of autofiction where the montage of text and analog photography explores repetition, returning to the same images again and again (eroding them) until something new emerges. A fragmented text that explores the possibilities of error (old cameras, craft-based production) to reproduce the erratic feeling of a city that never stops moving, and seems to have no way out.
